Downloading Payroll

To download Payroll products from the Web site:

  1. Enter https://support.atxinc.com/ in your Web browser.

  1. Click the Downloads button.

When logging in you will need to follow the instructions for logging in using 2-Step Verification Process.

  1. If you are not logged in, enter our Client ID in the Client ID box and press the Tab key
  2. Enter your User Name in the User Name box and press the Tab key.
  3. Enter your Password in the Password box.
  4. Select the Remember me check box if you want the MyATX Solution Center to remember your information the next time you log in.
  5. Select the I'm not a robot check box and select the images based on the instructions shown on-screen, then click the Verify button.
  6. Click Log In. MyATX displays the Download Center page.

  1. Click Downloads > Year > 2024 > Payroll Program or Payroll Updates.

  1. Click Download.
  2. Follow the prompts and instructions given. After downloading the Payroll installer, see Installation and Activation for an overview of the Payroll installation process.
